Dart Legends WA (Inc) was formed in 1998 and its purpose is to supply a format for past players (both State and local) that are both enjoyable and friendly.

All members must be affiliated with an Association that is currently affiliated with the W.A.D.C. (Western Australian Darts Council) and therefore are also affiliated with the Darts Federation of Australia (D.F.A.)

The current annual registration fees for Legends is Ten Dollars ($10) of which $5.00 is to Legends WA and the other $5.00 is to Australian Darts Legends (Inc), our national body. This fee is payable at the A.G.M. held in January.

The Legends hold monthly competitions currently at the Coolbellup Hotel, COOLBELLUP with both World Cup singles format or four (4) person teams events being played. Playing fees for each competition is $7.00 (Seven Dollars) per player.

Due to a current membership of approximately 300 at present (including South-West Legends, Bunbury) a graded system is used so as to make the competition as even as possible.

Where a member wishes to join and has not organised a team of four (4) players to play with, the Legends will endeavour to place that member is a compatible and competitive team.

Australian Darts Legends (Inc), our National body hold the Australian Championships annually and the venues are rotated among the currently registered states. The championships have been held in South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and W.A. In 2006 the venue was the Arena, in Geelong VICTORIA

2007 will be the 10th Anniversary of Australian Darts Legends (Inc) and a big event is planned for the National Championships being held in Gosford 20th - 27th October.

Any currently registered member can compete in the National Championships, as all expenses have to be met by the competitors. Where possible through sponsorships, Dart Legends WA (Inc) will assist all members wishing to play by providing assistance towards the cost of state shirts.

Any current State player that has represented his state at the National D.F.A. Championships is ineligible to compete in the Australian Darts Legends (Inc) National Championships held in the same year.
